Shipping prices are based on purchase weight. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Please choose priority shipping for insurance purposes if you'd like your package insured.

We do our absolute best to ship out within 3/5 business days of your order. We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays. Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only and the day of your order is not counted.

OUR SHOP WILL NOT REFUND PACKAGES FOR BEING LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. CLAIMS MUST BE MADE THOUGH the postal services. ONCE IT LEAVES OUR SHOP, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OF WHAT MAIL CARRIERS DO WITH THE PACKAGES.
